Have a reply written for you, teach the assistant your rules once, and keep every draft under your control.

The Kanvo mark beside Send

With the message box empty, the Kanvo mark beside Send, Write a reply with AI, writes a whole reply into the box. Press it again for another try. Suggest replies, in the + menu, puts three short ones above the box instead. Nothing is sent until you press Send.

Settings → Assistant holds what shapes every draft:

Ask it to draft something specific

Ask the assistant to draft a reply to a particular conversation and it puts the words in that conversation's box: Open in conversation and Nothing is sent. You edit it there.

Where it stays out

Drafting isn't offered in a private conversation. Those are end-to-end encrypted, and Kanvo can't read them, so no AI can either. That's the trade, and it's yours to make each time you start one.

Add two Workspace instructions you always want followed. Then open a message you owe a reply to, press the Kanvo mark beside Send, and edit the draft before sending.
