WhatsApp in Kanvo: Your Business Number or Your Own Account, and What Each Costs
There are two ways to bring WhatsApp into Kanvo. A WhatsApp Business number uses Meta's official route and its 24-hour rule. Your own account connects like a linked device and brings your groups, at the price of WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption. Here is how to choose.
Way one: a WhatsApp Business number
This is Meta's official route for businesses, and it connects through MultiverseAI, a Meta-approved partner, while Kanvo's own Meta app waits on Meta's review.
Way two: your own WhatsApp account
Kanvo can also sign in as you, the way WhatsApp Web or a desktop app does. You scan a QR code with WhatsApp on your phone (Linked devices) or enter a pairing code, and your chats, including groups, arrive in Kanvo. The last few messages of each chat come with them. Replies go out from your own number, as you.
Both at once
You can connect a Business number and your own account side by side. Each conversation shows which one it came through, and a reply goes back the same way, so a customer on the business line never gets an answer from your personal number by accident.
